Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions governing the use of Voice Planner (hereinafter "the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "The App" refers to the iOS/macOS application that provides task management functionality through voice input with automatic AI-powered task splitting
- "The Operator" refers to Yuki Otsuka, who operates the App
- "User" refers to any individual who uses the App
- "Content" refers to tasks, notes, and other data created by the User within the App
Article 3 (Terms of Use)
- No account registration is required to use the App. You can start using it by signing in with your Apple ID
- Users are responsible for managing their own devices and Apple ID
- The App requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible device (iOS 26 or later / macOS 26 or later)
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
- Activities that violate applicable laws or public order and morals
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the App
- Unauthorized access to the App or placing excessive load on its servers
- Unauthorized commercial use of the App's features
- Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 5 (Subscriptions)
- The App offers free features and a Pro plan (paid). Billing for the Pro plan is processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions can be canceled through Apple's settings. After cancellation, Pro plan features remain available until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. The Operator does not process refunds directly
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Operator
- Rights to Content such as task data created by Users within the App belong to the Users. The Operator does not access User Content
Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
- The App is provided "as is" and the Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, of any kind
- The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered task splitting or speech recognition
- App data is stored on the User's device and iCloud. Issues related to data synchronization and backup fall under Apple's responsibility
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator. Even in cases where the Operator is liable, the amount of compensation shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the App in the preceding 12 months
Article 8 (Changes and Termination of Service)
The Operator may modify or terminate the App at any time. In the event of service termination, Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance through an in-app notification.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Operator may modify these Terms as necessary. For material changes, Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance through an in-app notification. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the App. Continued use of the App after the notice period shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
