How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all data from your device. To delete data stored in iCloud, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage and delete the Voice Planner data.
Speech recognition isn't working
Please check that Voice Planner has speech recognition access enabled under Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition. Also, the App requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible device (iOS 26 or later).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, then select Voice Planner to cancel. After cancellation, Pro plan features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data sent to external servers?
No. All AI processing (task splitting) in Voice Planner is performed on your device and is never sent to external servers. Data is stored only on your device's local storage and in Apple iCloud.
Can I transfer my data when switching devices?
If iCloud is enabled, your data syncs automatically when you sign in with the same Apple ID. If iCloud is disabled, data is stored only on your device and cannot be transferred.
